Ahh... what a fine morning. Definately a good time for an estate visit. The journey to Jeleta Bumi takes about 2 hours. The first 1 hour was on tar road, the next 1 hour on gravel road. Nasib baik just a little bit bumpy. The purpose of the visit is to setup ICT equipment & Local Area Network. We also need to check the VSAT satellite link previously installed by TM. Our SGM and Project Manager will join us the next day for the new application project presentation. After lunch, the estate and mill managers are generous to provide us with a tour to their facilities.

Tawau, Sabah

This is my first time in Tawau. It is actually a business trip to visit Jeleta Bumi estate at near Kunak. Both my colleague and I have flown from KLIA, transit in Kota Kinabalu before finally reaching Tawau. Since we arrived in Tawau at 8.30pm, we have to overnight in Tawau before making our way to Kunak the next morning.
